All types of Johnson Gear Motor, 10-500 RPM, Torque, Current, Volt All Details

Johnson gear motor are available in lots of RPM like 10/30/60/100/200/300/500. In the blog we are going to tell you all those RPM motors Current consumptions in no load and full load, Torque range, Power, Voltage. So all the details of this motors you will get in this single blog.

Johnson gear motors are very popular for its high power to rotate an object. In DIY projects its tremendously use. This motor also popular in techfest. So lets start with each and every rpm motor details.

Here the base motor of all rpm gear motors are same so we get same volt and current rating of each rpm. But the speed and torque will be different depending on the motor RPM.

  1. 10 RPM Johnson Gear motor -

Voltage - 12v

No Load Current - 0.53A

Full Load Current- 5A

Torque - 35 kg.cm

Applications - very Slow Speed work, power work

2. 30 RPM Johnson Gear motor -

Voltage - 12v

No Load Current - 0.53A

Full Load Current- 5A

Torque - 30 kg.cm

Applications - Slow Speed work

3. 60 RPM Johnson Gear motor -

Voltage - 12v

No Load Current - 0.53A

Full Load Current- 5A

Torque - 25 kg.cm

Applications - Powerful screw driver, Slow bot etc.

4. 100 RPM Johnson Gear motor -

Voltage - 12v

Here torque means stall torque, Means maximum torque that can the motor provide after being stall. Now question is what about the power unit which will drive the motor.

So. for low power work use

12v 2A adapter

For High Load work use

12v 5A adapter

For wireless applications use Lithium ion battery.
